We’re The Farmyard Market, a weekly Saturday market just outside Truro that celebrates the very best of Cornish produce, small businesses, and community.
Every Saturday from 9am to 1pm, we bring together a curated mix of local traders offering everything from fresh fruit and veg to handmade crafts, bakes, and brews, all in a relaxed countryside setting.
We started the market to create something a little slower, more personal, and rooted in local connection. With free parking, plenty of space to sit, a children’s play area, and a warm welcome for dogs, we’ve made it a spot where you can take your time, enjoy the morning, and support independent Cornish businesses.
Our home is Tresemple Farm, a family-run working farm just on the edge of Truro with stunning views and a long history in Cornwall’s farming community. Known for producing high-quality beef, lamb and fresh veg using regenerative farming.
Tresemple is still very much a part of the local food scene, and we’re proud to host the market here every week.
We think the setting adds something special to the experience. It’s peaceful, spacious, and just far enough from the city to feel like a proper countryside escape, while still being only minutes away from the centre.
It’s part of what makes us different from other markets in Cornwall.
