Primrose Herd

Primrose Herd‘s award-winning pork and bacon has been celebrated for almost 25 years, during which time their focus has has been on rearing traditional rare breed pigs, including Gloucestershire Old Spots and Large Blacks, both famed for their eating qualities. The many national awards they’ve racked up over the years bears testament to the supreme quality of their produce, farmed within the World heritage Site at Gwennap Pit.

Delicious, savoury, handmade pies of the highest order, Penny’s Pies are locally produced, using Cornish-reared meat and vegetables from local producers. Think handmade hot water crust pies, traditional pork pies, pasties, scotch eggs and more!

A family business with a passion for flavour, Da Bara Bakery produce a range of award-winning breads, pastries, coffee and preserves. Think delicious brownies, pain au chocolate, panettone, croissants and loads more. Plus, possibly the most incredible cinnamon buns we’ve ever had!!!


Bien Manger

Bien Manger are set to treat our first market on Saturday 6 April with their delicious French-inspired eats! From classic croques to toasties and filled hot croissants plus a variety of lovely larder treats, they’re all lovingly prepared by the team.


Hanson Fine Foods

Hanson Fine Foods specialise in sourcing the best cheeses from Cornwall and the South West, as well as one or two from further afield to enable you to put together the perfect cheeseboard for any occasion.”


The Bimbling Barrel

Specialising in exceptional wine (as in, ‘extremely good or impressive in a way that is unusual’), wines from The Bimbling Barrel are exceptional due to the sustainable approach in which they’ve been produced, unusual due to the region from which they come, or impressive due the indigenous grape variety from which the wine is made.


Bosue Vineyard

Bosue Vineyard produces a range of white and rosé still and sparkling wines. Where they stand apart from so many winemakers is that they only use their own grapes in their wines, all grown on their vineyard located close to The Lost Gardens of Heligan and St Ewe village.


Goonown Growers

Goonown offer quality, affordably-priced organic fruit & vegetables, grown as much as possible by themselves at their community market garden in St Agnes. They involve volunteers and people with mental and physical health needs in their growing, connecting people to nature and each other.


Kelp Bakery

Kelp Bakery create artisan doughnuts (yes, you read that right 😍😍) from the heart of Cornwall. They’re absolutely renowned for their phenomenal, proper saffron buns too!

Moosh Mallows

Moosh make handmade marshmallows, whipped up using real ingredients, then hand cut into chunky cubes of wonderful fluff! With 9 flavours to choose from, including 3 “boozy” ones, we’re betting you’ll be hard-pressed to pick a favourite – these genuinely are next level marshmallows!


Ost Eatery

Formally known as the wildly popular Holy Molé, Ost Eatery are expanding on that style with a larger menu and a brand new café, directly outside Truro Cathedral. ‘Ost’ is Cornish for host – and that’s exactly what they want to do for the community of Truro. Expect the same variety of cuisine and flavour, and the same focus on using tasty and healthy Cornish produce and suppliers.


Sailors Creek Shellfish

Sailors Creek Shellfish specialise in native oysters caught using traditional hand and sail power from the Fal Estuary. They also source Pacific oysters from a range of farms and growers across the UK and Europe, only ever dealing with suppliers exhibiting best practice techniques.


Wildes Bakery

Run by solo baker Josh Wildeman, Wildes Bakery is based in Truro, offering handmade bread and sweet treats direct to your door every Friday (and they include free delivery to any TR1 postcode or easy pick-up from their home bakery). Every item is lovingly handmade and baked fresh so it’s only a few hours out of the oven. Josh offers a range of tempting baked goodies, from amazing brioche buns to weekly staples like sourdough loaves and focaccia.

As a small batch macaron and cake business located in Falmouth, Josie creates delectable cakes blooming with homegrown edible flowers, as well as gorgeous macrons filled with flavourful buttercream and ganache, delivering passion and creativity in every handcrafted bite from Simply Baked!


Cookie Queen

Cookie Queen is a small, family-run artisan bakery in Redruth, specialising in original recipe NYC-style cookies sandwiched with buttercream (and extra gooey centres in some!) Not forgetting their awesome vegan selection too.


Falmouth Black Rock Gin

Gould Cider produce an impressive selection of fine ciders, perries, vinegars and brandies, all handmade in small batches from West Country heritage fruit. The passion, care and attention that they afford the entire process is key to their consistently brilliant flavours.


Lars & Margo

Lars & Margo are speciality coffee roasters, producing a considered range of coffees throughout the year allowing the opportunity to enjoy new flavours that suit various brewing methods and taste preferences. Their coffees are single origin generally with a few blends too.


North Cornwall Chilli Farm

North Cornwall Chilli Farm have been growing chilli plants for many years, starting from seed every season with a range of varieties, from mild to superhot. Their plants are nurtured on natural fertiliser grown on the farm, setting them up to produce bountiful crops of pods for many years.
