Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all traders participating in The Farmyard Market. By registering as a trader, you agree to the following:

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the market date are non-refundable. This is due to the planning, promotion, and logistical arrangements already in place.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit, at the discretion of the organisers.

2. Trading Setup & Equipment

• A standard table will be provided for each trader unless alternative arrangements have been requested and confirmed in advance.

• Traders are responsible for bringing any additional display materials, coverings, signage, or equipment needed for their stall.

• All traders must supply and operate their own Point of Sale (POS) systems, including any cash, card readers, or mobile payment tools.

3. Attendance & Timing

• Traders must arrive on time and be fully set up ready to trade by 9:00am.

• Late arrivals may risk forfeiting their pitch without refund.

• Pack down must not begin before the official end of the market, unless agreed with organisers.

4. Conduct & Compliance

• Traders must ensure their stall is tidy, professional, and safe at all times.

• All food and drink traders must comply with local health and safety regulations, including any relevant certifications.

• Traders are expected to act respectfully towards customers, fellow traders, and market staff at all times
